Assistant Producer (f/m/d)

To strengthen our production team in Hamburg, we are looking for an Assistant Producer (f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible. Working closely with a Producer, you will support and manage a variety of projects both in Germany and internationally.

Responsibilities

•        Assist Producers throughout the pitch and production process
•         Manage and prepare budgets, estimates and production finances
•         Coordinate production logistics and schedules
•         Support creative development and client presentations
•         Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies,        directors and production partners

Requirements

•         Relevant experience in commercial production or a comparable field
•         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•         Team-oriented with a willingness to share, learn and improve together
•         Proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
•         Interest in AI, technology and evolving production landscapes
•         Fluent German and English
